PM asked ISRO to set up an Indian Space Station by 2035.

Happy by the success of the Chandrayaan mission, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday October 17th set ambitious goals for ISRO, asking them to set up an Indian Space Station by 2035 and send the first Indian to the moon by 2040. Modi's directions came during a briefing by ISRO Chairman S Somanath on the progress of the Gaganyaan mission, which is to have its first demonstration flight of the crew escape system on October 21, and other initiatives. It was noted that around 20 major tests are planned, including three uncrewed missions of the Human Rated Launch Vehicle (HLVM3). The first demonstration flight of the Crew Escape System Test Vehicle is scheduled for October 21, 2023, with the mission's launch likely in 2025. The Gaganyaan Mission, if successful, will make India the fourth country to send a human to space, following the US, Russia, and China. There are five sports that have been finally added in 2028 Los Angeles Games by International Olympics Committee on October 16th. Here are name's of them:-  Cricket Flag Football Baseball - Softball Lacrosse Squash  Cricket, Baseball - Softball and lacrosse are making their comeback in Olympics while Flag Football and Squash are making their debut in 28' LA Olympics. Baseball and softball have been part of the programme at several editions of the Olympic Games, most recently at Tokyo 2020. Cricket was on the programme for the Olympic Games Paris 1900. Lacrosse was included on the programme at St Louis 1904 and London 1908.   Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated and addressed the 141st International Olympic Committee (IOC) session at the Jio World Centre in Mumbai, on October 14. This was a second time India inaugurated IOC session, first time it was in New Delhi in 1983. The president of International Olympic Committee (IOC) Thomas Bach was present there with some other delegates from IOC. Thomas Bach said, “India is an inspiring place.
